I find it funny that every music site and magazine feels obligated to make their “best hip-hop songs of the year” before the year is actually over, because often they miss outstanding hip-hop gems such as this. Without exaggeration, 1 Train has the best list of featured artists for any song I’ve seen in a very very long time. Every artist on it is amazing, especially all of their work within the past couple years. I really like that each artist is very unique and distinguished in there overall style of hip-hop. It provides the song with a much more dynamic feel, which is important since the beat stays fairly repetitive throughout the song. I ranked 1 Train 23rd on my list of The 60 Best Hip-Hop Songs of 2012.

30 Russian Twists
15 Knee-Up Crunches
15 Floor Wipers
10 Leg Lifts (hold for a few seconds after each one)
10 Hanging Ab Crunch
10 Hanging Knee Kicks
10 Hanging Leg Raises
Ill probably mix in 30 pushups between certain exercises and probably do two more sets.
These are all pretty effective Abdominal workouts and they challenge different parts of your core muscle group. They’re all very dynamic so it stays interesting.
